1. Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right defined in Section 22 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), please provide the following information and download our "Withdrawal Statement". Complete, sign and return the declaration with the product you wish to return. Pack the product carefully and send it to our address.

Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw.

The product must be returned in its original, faultless condition, with all accessories, preferably in its original packaging. The packaging box used for delivery is not considered to be included.

If the product(s) are received complete and in their original condition, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days to the bank account number provided.

2. Defective product

MOTOEYE products come with a 2-year warranty and a one-year guarantee.

You can read more in the Warranty and Guarantee sections of the GTC.

If the defect occurred within this period, you could start a Warranty Claim by filling in the form below.

We will contact you within 4 working days of receiving the information.

3. Size replacement

If you have chosen the wrong size, you have 14 days to request a replacement.
Please enter your details below and download our „Returns form”. Complete, sign and return the declaration with the product you wish to return. Pack the product carefully and send it to our address.

4. Incorrect fulfilment

If you did not receive the product you ordered, please fill in the form below and download our “Returns Form”. Please enclose the completed and signed form with the product you wish to return. Pack the product carefully and send it to our address.

If the product(s) arrive complete and in their original condition, we will dispatch the originally ordered product(s) free of charge as soon as possible, but no later than 4 working days. If we are unable to do so, we will refund the purchase.

TRYING ON AT HOME

You can try our products on in the comfort of your own home. Order the model you like (several at a time, if you wish), try them on and choose the most suitable one. Send back the ones you don't need. The price of the products will be refunded together with the shipping costs. You can find the details of how to return products in the INFO menu under "SEND BACK", or click HERE and follow the instructions in the "SEND BACK" section.

TRYING ON IN THE SHOP
If you need help, stop by a MOTOEYE dealer and they'll be happy to help you find the right model. Use the SHOP FINDER menu item to see a list of shops, or click HERE.

DIOPTRIC LENSES

MOTOEYE frames do not require special lenses. You can also ask your optician to fit your usual dioptric lenses. Choose the right model, then visit your favourite optician and take your MOTOEYE frame with you. Any optician will be able to prepare the right dioptric lenses for you, but you can also use one of our official MOTOEYE dealers in the SHOP FINDER menu item, or by clicking HERE.

...IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT
You can buy from us without risk, because if for some reason you don't want to keep the product, you can return it without reason within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.
