Size Selection
Check your helmet size. Letter designation (S,M,L etc...) and/or head circumference range (57-58mm). You can measure your head circumference yourself as shown in the attached image. Click on the appropriate row in the table to list products suitable for that size.

How to change the temple? - It's simple!
1. Press the temple release button and pull out the temple.
2. Insert the replacement temple so that the temple release button snaps into place.
3. If the helmet is already on your head, insert the glasses with a slight upward motion.
4. If it's dusk, use the yellow lenses; if the sun is bright, use the tinted magnetic clip-on.
